My prepaid upload hours are gone

On September 11th 2021, we announced that Audioship is a subscription-only service. Up until then, users were able to purchase upload hours. We continued to allow usage of prepaid upload time up until February 11th, 2023. Users that still have available upload time can use Audioship by converting to a subscription plan. Their account is eligible for 100% discount for up to 12 months. The number of discounted months depends on the remaining amount of prepaid upload hours on their account on February 11, 2023. To receive the discount, users need to select the plan they wish to subscribe to and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Users will be automatically charged the full price after the discounted months have elapsed and can cancel anytime.
